Indian Super League (ISL) Season 10 (2023–24) Venue

Indian Super League comes every year with a new thrill to entertain its fans. The Venue will be the three iconic stadiums in Goa for all the ISL 2023-24 Matches which are the following:
- Fatorda Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Margao, Goa, India
- Tilak Maidan Stadium, Vasco Da Gama, Goa, India
- GMC Athletic Stadium, Bambolim, Goa, India
Goa will host the ISL and these three above-mentioned Indian football stadiums are the international standard stadiums with a huge seating capacity.
Hero Indian Super League (ISL) Teams/Clubs list 2023-24
Each team will play two matches against other teams by following the format of a double round-robin. Each ISL team will play 20 matches in the league stages. The top four teams will reach the playoffs; having the most points at the end of the league stages. Those top 4 teams will qualify for the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be played in a two-legged format, with both sides playing the others.
The winners of the semi-finals will move to the final. The ISL Winner of the final match will be crowned as ISL Champions and awarded by ISL Cup. Teams are also ranked based on total points. At the end of the regular season, the highest-ranked team/club with the most total points will be crowned as ISL Premiers and awarded by League Winners Shield.

In the inaugural season of ISL in 2014, only 8 teams were participating in the Indian Super League. In the fourth season (2017-18), two new teams entered which were Bengaluru FC and Jamshedpur FC, making a total of 10 teams participating in ISL. In the seventh Season (2020-21), two more new teams entered which were SC East Bengal and Mohun Bagan. The team of ATK merged with Mohun Bagan and became ATK Mohun Bagan.
Now the total number of teams in the Indian Super League is eleven. In the inaugural season of the Indian Super League, there was a club known as “Delhi Dynamos Football Club” but later on this club was renamed “Odisha Football Club”. Football Club Pune City was also a team of ISL, founded in the first season but was dissolved in 2019 before the start of ISL Season 6 due to some technical and financial issues.
Hero Indian Super League 2023-24 Clubs Schedule and Squad Details
There are some changes in almost all the ISL teams. Some teams added new players while others retained the old ones. Each team’s squad can have a minimum of 17 to a maximum 26 number of players which include up to 8 international players. Every team is limited to spend Rs.20 crores to build their squad, with a limit of 2 Instant Trading Cards.
Instant Trading Card allows the team a second chance to trade an already picked player by matching the other’s team final bid for the player. From the 3rd round of auction to onward, any ISL team/club only has 15 seconds to press the buzzer to activate the “Instant Trade” process after another team/club announced its draft pick.

ATK Mohun Bagan is at the top of the winner’s list because of four wins and is the most successful and dominant team in Indian Super League while Chennaiyin FC is the second most successful and dominant team in ISL because they secured the championship two times. Bengaluru FC and Hyderabad FC are the other winners that complete the ISL winners list.
Kerala Blasters is at the top of the runner-up list in all ISL seasons for qualifying in the final and securing 2nd position three-time. While FC Goa is at the second position of the runner-up list in all ISL seasons for qualifying in the final and securing 2nd position two times.

Indian Super League (ISL) 2023 Auction, Date, Time, Player List, and Live ISL Auction Season 10
Indian Super League Season 10 is going to entertain its fans from October 2023 to February 2024. For this season, the ISL players’ auction will take place from July 15th to 17th, 2023 for consecutive 3 days. The auction pool will have 286+ players including the released players along with domestic and international level football players. All these players will go under the hammer to participate in the 10th season of ISL.
The OTT partner and official broadcasters of Hero Indian Super League are Disney + Hotstar and the Star Sports network. Viewers can watch the ISL 2023 auction live on these channels. It will also be viewed through live streaming on websites and apps of Star Sports Network & Disney + Hotstar. You can also follow live updates of the entire player auction on the live auction Centre exclusively on the Indian Super League official website.
Every domestic player has a “Base Player Fee” in Indian Super League. A Player’s base fee is the player’s minimum salary. In the auction, the bidding on the player will start from his base fee. Each domestic player will be presented individually in person. The player’s base fee and its auction increment are as follows:

The ISL 2023-24 edition will have an auction followed by a player draft. Each team/club can have players by retaining some from the last season, bidding in the auction, contracting in the free market, and drafting them. The teams/clubs can have a minimum of 13 Indian players and a maximum of 8 international players, including one marquee player.
Each team/club can spend a maximum of Rs.5.5 crores out of Rs.20 crores to retain players and take players on contract or draft. The remaining amount can be used to retain, contract, draft, and can buy international players in the auction. Any players who haven’t received a single bid will be added to the Indian player draft pool. The cost of these players will be their base price in the auction.
Hero Indian Super League highest-paid player is Lalengmawia Ralte, known as “Apuia” bought by Mumbai City FC for Rs.2.21 crores (INR). It was the most expensive & costliest player in ISL ever. The second-highest-paid player in Indian Super League is Hugo Boumous bought by ATK Mohun Bagan for Rs.2 crores (INR).
